I am currently at the MOB House Paris. Booked a suite for 3 nights for me and my adult son - I took the bed while he took the couch with bedding brought up on request and he said that the couch was very comfortable.

The suite was large enough, not palatial but comfortable enough and we loved the table where we could each stretch out with our laptops with extra monitors and work. The bathroom is decent and water pressure was excellent with nice organic toiletries.

As Globalist, was given a welcome drink voucher for 2 glasses of Champagne which was nice. The staff is young and friendly.

Skipped breakfast and went to the bakery and patisserie across the street for baguettes and croissants.

The neighborhood is “grungy” and “sketchy” but we felt safe during the day - at night is another matter but we took Uber so it didn’t matter.

Not a bad option and my 30-something son likes it a lot since it’s his style. I am fine with it, but can’t wait to be at the Park Hyatt Paris Vendome this weekend when we return from Lyon.

BTW, for those who like antiques, you are the heart of the Marche aux Puces de Saint-Ouen, reputedly the world’s largest flea market and antiques stores are within 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
