F meals on this flight are no better than Business. The choices were Osso Bucco, Hunter Chicken, Cannelloni, Shrimp & Scallops with Rissotto (there may have been one more but I cant remember) all of which are options I have had flying business on both trip 7's and 767's.
I flew business JFK-LHR last Thursday, and those were the exact meal selections. The only one you're missing is the vegetable plate
