What about YYZ -ADD flights for getting lie flat seats? I have a lot of choices for the gateway city outbound as I will be buying a one way ticket from MCI to meet the ET -ADD flight. All leave in the morning requiring me to fly in and stay at a hotel the day before. My options are ORD, EWR, IAD, and YYZ flights.
