We use Egencia and selected ANZ in the booking but who knows how they process it. For hotels they appear to use Expedia with a 30% inconvience fee but thats a rant for another time.
Did they play the safety video on your flight? I was on the same aircraft on its flight back to Auckland on 15/11 and they had to do a manual safety demo with pre-recorded audio. OKQ in the black livery.
