The day started off terribly. Single-digit temperatures and rain galore. There wasn't much going on that day, so we decided to visit Postojna Cave (also known as Adelsberg Caves).

A combined ticket with Predjama Castle costs €46.50, so it's not exactly cheap. With the vivarium and museum, it's €56.50. Once you've passed through the ticket control, you head to the train that takes you to the cave.

The journey is fast and windy. The speed makes it difficult to take photographs, and some of the passages seem quite low. It doesn't feel too good, anyway.

From the parking area, we proceeded through the cave. The group consisted of approximately 300 people, making it a truly large-scale operation. There is a 90-minute tour of the cave, accompanied by an audio guide.

There is not only a souvenir shop in the large cave, but also a toilet. Considering the admission prices, it is somewhat outrageous to charge a euro for this.

We then took the little train back.
