I was there last month - Japanese breakfast is served in the Bistro which has a 2nd floor that only opens when they are extremely busy. If you order the Japanese breakfast, you still have access to the main buffet. I don't believe they will have a problem with only one person ordering the Japanese breakfast. The buffet is great, the Director of Food & Beverage tries to keep everything top quality and is extremely friendly.
