I've got my first "business class waitlist" for MAN-HEL on an Embraer. 9k Avios. No cash price.

Can you also get offered a cash price or is it one or the other?
Is "waitlist" guaranteed, or just if they decide you can have the seat?

Added: to the above, yes you can.
£79 cash or 9000 Avios for the HEL-MAN flight on an A319 at 8am.

Additional: dropped to £78 now.
