Just found a blogpost dated from when AY launched platinum lumo in 2018. At the time AY claimed "fewer than 100 people are eligible for Platinum Lumo status", I doubt the statistic now is any higher. With the shift to revenue based earning of which at least 250,000 tier points must be earned from AY, that would required at least 25,000EUR in annual spend + taxes + the additional 50,000 tier points that can be on other carriers!
