Update: it’s just come to me: when I was there in July, the lifts were a nightmare (they usually are but getting worse) and Evi from the lounge said they have the same problems with the staff lift. She went to get a few items and it took her 20 minutes to get back upstairs. They are wasting huge amounts of time going up and down. There is talk that the worst lift will be replaced soon. There will be big disruption. And one of the podium lifts is also out of order.
