The slide being in scale is of course a big IF, and 13% Lumo does sound very high, so doubtful that it is in scale.
It’s not to scale other than indicating that lower-tier members outnumber higher-tier ones. The Platinum and Lumo labels are already cramped. I’d guess there are hundreds, not thousands, of Lumo members.
