I notice the "10-20% fleet growth" indicating that they not only need to renew but also to increase with 8-16 plane. If they renew the 15 A319/320s and add another 15 planes they meet that fleet growth.
The are reports in the Finnish media that when presenting that slide, the CEO mentioned that in the latest collective agreement with the pilots the maximum number of jets operated by Norra was increased by six. There has been some speculation that growing the fleet could begin with acquiring or leasing some pre-owned E190's.
