Called them thru 1-800-Airways, they don't understand why either. Thinking that maybe new ID's info had not yet "gone through the system". Told me they would send the request to the promo dept to register for me. Asked them how I can ensure I'm registered prior to travelling this Sunday. They said "just called back".

Normally I would let it go, but 40250 miles is too much. Any other advice? My first impression with BA is not that great.
