WS cancellation / refund lead time
Canceled my ticket with a WS phone agent last night and confirmed I am entitled to a refund. The agent made sure to verify my e-mail address. However, 24h later and I have yet to receive any e-mail from Westjet, nor a credit back to my CC.
Is that long of a waiting period to be expected on a weekend, or should I plan to get back in touch with WS?
