Just finished a flight on an AZ A339 in Row 1 J/H and the bulkhead windows definitely have wider 'cuboidal' footwells and a double-fold larger table. I could not tell if the bulkhead middle, with a 'trapezoidal' footwell, was any larger than the seats behind. The bulkhead middle seats had a smaller table. I found the larger footwell to be a worthwhile trade-off for being more exposed to the aisle (but was also auto-assigned a seat in Row 1 and wasn't going to pay ITA more to change it).
