Doesn't matter what name she uses, but it has to agree with the ID's and passports, and any credit cards. In most cases, for a honeymoon, that means maiden name, as people usually leave right after the wedding and don't get new ID's cards, and the rest first.

As they can't get a new passport until she is married, then it pretty much means maiden name.
