Would a flight booked with Avios get lounge access, particularly in Doha?

reward flights on qr give lounge access. The only tickets that do not give lounge access are business lite tickets and those can only be sold by QR.

Sorry I cannot answer your domestic connection question, but If you are looking to end near newcastle then you may might want to consider man or edi from doh
