Agent comes to the front of the queue and calls for any Group 0s. I signal and make way to the front of the queue. As I do I hear from another passenger ‘wow, you don’t see many of those. He is a very frequent flyer’.
First time flying to Malaga and it was one of the densest scrums of people to navigate through that I’ve seen - but was working well with Group 0.
Still amazed by how BA seems to be consistently poor in queue management compared to other airlines (but I haven’t flown European LCC in over 30 years so I’m probably spoiled!)
