E.g. if booked LHR-ZRH on LX, can you pay the $60 change fee plus APD fare difference and switch to ZRH-LIS on TP? Or do you need to cancel (with the $100 fee) and rebook?

(I have a long-haul economy award booked next year, and wondering about my ability to pounce on any business awards that pop up with my limited APD balance.)
