Figured I'd post this rant here. Feel free to (re)move

flying BA out of DUB and trying to access the (not that great) contract lounge, the following happened:

- A: Sir, are you flying in business class?
- Me: Nah, but I have the OWE status
- A: With which airline?
- Me: Finnair
[Was asked to show the card and obliged]
- A: Yeah sorry we only accept business class passengers and BA Silver and Gold
- Me: BA is still part of oneworld, no? And as per oneworld rules OWE should be granted entry?
- A: Yes I know, but sry these are our instructions
- Me: So how about Priority Pass?
- A: Welcome.

I know BA is sh-- but cmon
