Okay so now my question is completely different.

First, is the process still (as of Nov/25) to update the passport number, issue date, and expiry date, and home address (if needed) on TTP, then go to a Canadian Nexus office (i.e. YOW) and show them the passport (and DL for address)? No need to present the Canadian passport to the Americans?

Second, I found the login.gov personal key and was able to get in and do the above. But I didn't see a new personal key so now can't get in at all (it still says it's sending an SMS to the voip.ms number it always did in the past, but which no longer works). If I do the 24-hour delete account process on login.gov, am I going to run into more problems? Don't have the documents listed under "Verify my identity" and worried it will demand them. OTOH can't get in now so is there a way?
