Yes, Strata. If I was traveling on a short flight and accessing with priority pass, I would have been fine with it. But for DL One at these prices it was so basic with below average food and was super crowded. Felt like a Skyclub. Yes, you have access as DL One passenger.
DL One lounge LAX is awesome!
