I see many of your points and agree on the blindness, comparable to CS not seeing the loyalty effect of having a sufficient number of F seats so that there will be the occasional award availability (even though 70-80 percent of my F flights are paid).
But I am still offended as a German, because CS is not representative of us, or only of very few, and, even though the concept of Aldi-Like supermarkets seems to be a successful export (as I see them globally now), personally I haven’t been to Aldi in decades.
