Its not even due to F1, its the 24-26 Oct weekend. Q is ~S$900, Y ~1.3k, C ~$4.5k
Another option is try another airport from Europe that is close....sometimes less busy airports have J availability that doesn't show up on busy routes like CDG. This is for the entire trip...to Singapore.
