Tagging onto this thread rather than start another but I dropped to soft landing silver a couple of weeks ago incorrectly. Put in a request and I was moved back to Gold this morning. App showing gold, online account showing gold.
I just booked some flights and when I got to the "Select Seats" page I had a little "silver" status icon next to my name and row 1 is blocked out. Same after booking when I go into MMB. These are 4 different flights next Sept so I'm pretty sure the system is seeing me as silver as the rest of the plane (on all 4 legs) looks wide open. Any ideas when the system will catch up and I'll get to see row one - or is a phone call to Gold line required?
Looks like system updated overnight and I can now see row 1 (and pretty much all other seats on 4 legs).
