My guess that Diamond reserve will move some benefits from subject to availability to guaranteed:
- late checkout guaranteed (owners can be swayed & consoled; exception clause for resort & casino & holidays)
- guaranteed upgrade cat+1 (owners can be swayed & consoled: just create more room categories)
