Hi all, sorry if this has been discussed but I am new to this particular program. Basically I am trying to book a J between CDG to SIN for Oct 2026, only Flexi is available as of now for the desired flight(s), checking deeper it reveals that actually there's award availability for CDG->DOH but only flexi on DOH->SIN, which brings me to a series of questions:

1. Does Qatar progressively release award or its a done deal, ie no more award between DOH->SIN from now to Oct 2026?
2. What if I secure first leg using Avios, book cash for DOH->SIN on Y, upgrade using Avios? This is the part where I am blurry, does upgrade with Avios only works with "saver" seat, ie even if there's Flexi between DOH->SIN, theres no chance I can perform such upgrade?
3. A slight variations of #2, book entire journey using cash on Y, at this point can I upgrade to mixed class?
