To be fair, it’s also quite straightforward to understand the room sizes before booking: the standard rooms are listed at 24 sqm.
The website is very clear on this point and leaves no ambiguity — if room size matters, you simply book a higher category.
By contrast, I find the InterContinental Singapore website much less clear.
If you don’t already know the building, there is no way to realise that the Heritage Suite faces the shopping centre.
I would honestly have hated receiving the suite that LoyaltyLobby had — obviously booked on points and upgraded with the certificate as he always does — as it looks over the shopping gallery rather than the city.
(And, as usual, LoyaltyLobby couldn’t resist adding a throwaway line about the “fake Nespresso” — apparently unaware of the Austrian family-owned brand Julius Meinl 🙄.)
