In looking at the terms more closely, I guess they don't require you to use the Bilt card to pay for it and the statement credit is being sent by Bilt to the issuer of whatever card you use. I'll find out by end of year whether or not there's an issue with the statement credit as I made a booking for end of this month to take advantage of the credit.
