So, at some point, the meal selection option changed to: "A set meal will be served during your flight"

The options were chicken shawarma and pasta. So basically the same options you would get if you didn't place an order. The plane flew in from Phoenix and turned around within an hour. I had assumed they always catered at the hub but it seems now they can't be bothered to add any special meals at time of hub departure. Not very "premium".
