If your primary way of earning to status is Home2, Homewood or whatever, you are primarily the ones that Hilton is somewhat jettisoning in this revamp. Home2 is half points, yes a pain, but if the Home2 is $200 a night, and the Hampton Inn, across the street (or even the same property)is $100 a night, who cares about half points. For$10 or so sure, but not twice the price.
