Lines were pretty reasonable this morning at the SFO A checkpoint, but I decided to go through the empty CLEAR line anyway. The kiosk asked if I wanted to update my info, I'm not sure why, because none of my IDs have changed/expired recently, but whatever. The kiosk took a new photo (maybe that needs to be refreshed every so often?) and then wanted to scan my ID, but the scanner wasn't working so the agent had to move me to another kiosk and repeat the process. Good thing I "had time to use CLEAR"

The extra delay probably meant I "broke even" vs using the Pre line, instead of saving a minute or two
