Is the Elite protection conditions for people living abroad changed?

Hi,

There used to be a separate condition for Elite status renewal for people living in abroad as below:

Renewal for members living abroad: If the member earns 25,000 Status Miles in the first year or 37,500 Status Miles in the two-year membership period, as of the date on which the member is eligible for the Elite card, the duration of the Elite card is extended for another two years. If the member fails to meet the required criteria, his/her membership will be reduced to the Classic Plus card level.
However, this seems to be removed from the Turkish Airlines website.
Unfortunately, I can't post full URLs due to post limit but you can see the previous conditions from September 2025 in web archive

Either I can't find the correct page for this information or they changed it. Any ideas?
