I agree it is consultant math...And I agree with your take that the frequent fliers would be showing up more often...so less than 540k...But what are other ways we can build the model?

I used trusty new ChatGPT. There is no data in Canada...however, it extrapolated from American data:
  • ~10–20% of members are “frequent flyers” (multiple trips per year)
  • ~30–40% fly occasionally (1–2 trips)
  • ~40–60% fly not at all in a given year, but may earn via credit cards, hotels, gas, groceries, etc.

We'll back of envelope came close to what ChatGPT did over 20 minutes...
