Your story of login problems is more or less identical to my own experience the last 6 days. I've been re-doing all the SOP procedures, starting before first call, and during or after every call, to no avail.

Extremely time consuming, and very annoying, neither being able to MMB for a couple of flights within the next 1-3 weeks, nor checking long-standing "pending" status on TP credit from OW partner airlines flying.

My question at the latest call, if any more members had complained about similar problems recently, was, unsurprisingly, denied.
