Arrived at night during thunderstorm when Skywalk was closed, but front desk was able to call Skywalk to arrange day visit instead. After 4pm ticket costs 100Baht more.

Hotel management do read your profile and arrange my drink of preference in my welcome basket. Even without a Regency Club for this brand, I would stay here again.
