I seem to keep having an ongoing issue with login. The website throws an error "Login failed. Please check the details you provided or try logging in with your membership number" even when I'm using my account number. I tried resetting the password and it didn't help. Then Finnair sent a link to reset the password and that got me in then the message returned the next time I tried to login.

Finnair said they have a fraud detection mechanism and I should wait three hours and try again. That didn't help. They reported it and said they'd figure out what was the problem but it wasn't fixed so I called in today and we tried having them reset the password again with a link via email. That allowed me to log in one time and then the problem came right back.

Is anyone else having an issue with login or am I the only one?
