Apologies for bad lighting, but this is the new-ish Jose Andres variant of the short rib I had on MSP-AMS this week. One of the best meals I’ve had on a plane in recent memory. The empty dish is the remnant of the poached shrimp; the accompanying mojo mayo had a very nice hit of spice.

I did get the Banner Butter with breakfast as well; I think it had gone missing for some posters previously. Good crew, with efficient but not rushed service.
