I don't think that's what would happen but also ... lounge access? What lounge is there to access?

Of my 80 nights this year I think maybe 10 of those were in properties that [I knew] had lounges (primarily ex-US) and I think I visited the lounges a combined total of maybe twice (I can only distinctly remember one -- in Belfast) so changes to lounge access are not likely to materially impact this Diamond's choices.

Ditto -- if they are going to degrade the normal Diamond it would be nice to throw us LTDs that also keep staying (and qualifying for Diamond) a bone of some kind... otherwise I might really need to give thought to building my Bonvoy quiver ('fake' Gold over there, and my toe-dip with a Moxy in Ireland was a spectacular failure -- was checked into a room that already had a woman in it after waiting an hour at the front desk -- neither of which has happened in 20 years of Hiltoning)

I can understand limiting benefits extended to "retirees"/"emeritus" members e.g. a 1MM that only flies a couple times a year, or a LTD that only stays a few times a year, but for those of us who have demonstrated long-term loyalty and continue to drive substantial revenue it would be nice for that ongoing loyalty to be appreciated rather than taken for granted.
