We've only been to the Park Hyatt Tokyo, of which was absolutely marvelous. I'm wondering if our hopes are too high for the Park Hyatt Bangkok. The main selling point seems to be the breakfast, but is it truly worth double the points?
We are globalists. What might you do?
“worth it” is subjective. It’s great hotel but I wouldnt exactly call it toddler or kid friendly. Many low gradient steps and confusing elevator banks. It is attached to a mall but not a kids mall really, more a high end mall. Grand Hyatt has larger pool, easier configuration and although nit as nice a pool area, its pool is larger and I would exactly call the PH pool a kid friendly one.
Although GH is not attached to the BTS, neither is Park Hyatt until the mall opens at 10 am (and closes at 10pm — which may not affect you as to closing but certainly opening will). GH also short walk to Central World whish is very kid friendly, including a nice indoor skating rink.
