Maybe I got bad luck this summer with my JFK-ZRH op-up to J but it was the old business class seat that's very uncomfortable with an insanely worn out J cabin. Avoid at all costs if sleep and comfort are your thing. The service is far better on LX than UA for sure. UA has the far better seat.
