Arrived earlier into T4 and thought i might try the Metro, but that seems to involve a long walk to T3, buy a Metrocard at a desk and then an hour or so after that...

(Immigration fine. Passport at the egates and right thumb print).

Decided in the end to catch a taxi from T3, one floor down from The Jewel / CP.

Took about 45 mins as traffic and roadworks. Cost was just under SIN$47 or £27.

Nice hotel and easy to spot.

No queue at reception.
Welcomed as a diamond and "upgraded" to a 19th floor room.
Club lounge on floor 22, gym on 23 and a pool above that.

Not sure if i can have breakfast as a diamond on the 1st floor or the club lounge.
Did pop into the lounge and happy hour finishes at 7:30pm, so they were clearing things away when i arrived a few minutes before that.
Food wise, some beef; chicken bits, veg, blue rice; some cookies, gummy bears, little cakes etc.
Couple of biscuits from the hotel bakery as some sort of gift.

SIN$150 security deposit taken.

Are you supposed to tip? Doormen for example went to help me with my bag from my taxi.
