UA and ITA are within $150 of each other (ITA being more expensive). Swiss business class is about $600 more!

Other option is LH. I have flown them last year. Hospitality seems slightly better than UA, and food is also slightly better, but the seat/ bed is just horrible. Only reason for me to fly LH is the 748 which I have not been on before, but maybe it would be better if I wait til those get refurbished.
I prefer UA over LH/LX because the seat is so much better. Haven't tried ITA, but it sounds exciting based on reviews I've read. I'd try ITA if fits your schedule, if only to try something new doesn't seem horrible.
