How does Polaris compare to ITA and Swiss business class?

UA and ITA are within $150 of each other (ITA being more expensive). Swiss business class is about $600 more!

Other option is LH. I have flown them last year. Hospitality seems slightly better than UA, and food is also slightly better, but the seat/ bed is just horrible. Only reason for me to fly LH is the 748 which I have not been on before, but maybe it would be better if I wait til those get refurbished.
