I think “deceitful” is a remarkable stretch. If there’s a way that I the passenger am harmed by thinking my Diet Coke came from Shelly when it was actually Susan, I can’t parse it.
As others have said, if the SD has a list of which staff were where, then I’m not clear how anyone’s ducking accountability.
