One of my Amex card benefits is PP (Plaza Premium) lounge access. Have never used the benefit. They used to provide paper certificates to use for entry. No longer the case.

in a conversation with Amex I was warned not to use my PP card because I would be charged. The info from PP and Amex has been confusing and sometimes contradictory.

Would appreciate advice based on experience in accessing the PP lounge at YYZ using the Amex benefit.
