50k miles is 10 years worth of selecting the titanium miles benefit. I doubt most have 10 years left of heavy travel to justify a lounge+ pass after they’ve already hit 2MM. I bet even now, the 50k benefit is more popular than the lounge membership for titanium’s. Maybe things change if they invest in expanding and improving the quality of the lounge network.
