On arrival, is it possible to use the Airport tram to go from T3 to T1(Domestic)? There are more public transport options and casino shuttles at T1, compared to T3.
My previous experience is that the international arrival process at T3 is Immigration -> baggage hall -> Customs.
On exiting Customs you are "on the street", in the T3 public access area. No apparent access to the inter-terminal tram.
What is your destination? There is a Bell Limo desk outside T3, and a rideshare pickup on the ground floor of the parking garage across from the T3 exit. The taxi line at T3 is usually blessedly short, compared to T1. And the rideshare area is also a lot less crowded than that at T1. The taxis run on flat rates to Strip hotels, depending on destination (north, central, or south Strip), and the price is the same whether you leave from T1 or T3. I haven't seen many casino shuttles lately.
