As long as customers pay AA for this kind of service, AA will continue to mis-service and dis-serve them.
With the false advertising, it makes me wonder if the ingredient of the "premium" meals is misstated. Such as salmon being pink trout. Or chicken being turkey. Or the garden salad being some frozen bs harvested 5 years ago.
