Do you mean the $100 dining credit? No, you cannot use that toward the resort fee or anything else outside of the dining. For MGM hotels, the $100 dining credit can only be used toward one of the 200+ MGM restaurants. It's not like other hotels where you get a -$100 credit on your final check out bill. They actually will subtract it from your dining charge to the room. Lets say you spent $120 for a meal, the folio of the final check out bill will show you spent $20 on that meal. You don't even see the original amount of $120, only $20 will show. So don't save the $100 credit thinking you can use it to offset other things you charged to the room or you will lose it for MGM hotels.
