probably not possible. i dont have a lot of experience with BR, but i expect them to work the same as other airlines. for most airlines, their tickets are valid for 1 year from the issuance date. if you need to change beyond that, they will have to reissue the ticket, which requires them to cancel the existing one. when the existing ticket is cancelled, you will lose your expired miles
